Direct response marketing: After researching and defining the Daniels graduate enrollment sales cycle, we aligned direct marketing efforts with peak inquiry times to maximize effectiveness.  Tracking systems were also developed to measure ROI.  This was the first time either such systems were deployed at Daniels.
